Haiku for May 2021
When the forest and marsh turns green, the waters teem with life. I can stare into the darkness below the surface for hours. Sometimes I see a tadpole, a fish, or a turtle. I wonder if they ever look up at me. Would they even bother?
For those using a screen reader, the haiku is:
Spring becomes Summer,
Life grows within the water;
What eyes stare at me?
