Since nearly ten hours had passed since we last engorged ourselves with food — uh, I mean eaten — we thought it appropriate to sample the dishes at the Austin branch of the Original Pancake House. They’ve been around for over half a century and have franchises all over the nation. We assumed they must be doing something right.
